This manual work is partly done while sitting or standing. The quality of the touch ranges from very gentle to deep and intense.

During and after a session, you will learn how you can replace stressful or inefficient habits, which are usually completely subconscious, with gentle and efficient movement patterns. You don't lose your old pattern spontaneously, but you get new opportunities and then you have a choice of how to use your body.

Immediately after the session, significant differences to the previous body feeling are often perceived.
